From breakfast to lunch to dinner, there are a whole host of sumptuous indulgences to delight in within the comforts of the elegant coffee house, located at the ground floor of the stylish hotel on Gurney Drive.

A revolution has taken place as far as the buffet menus are concerned, with new sous chef Wong Soon Hwa wasting no time in revamping the line ups and taking things a notch higher.

“We’ve incorporated a lot more imported ingredients, carefully selected to ensure the food tastes right from the source, and diners eat healthily.

“After that, we start playing with the flavours and cooking styles, and come up with exciting fresh, new dishes to surprise the taste bud,” he said, estimating that up to 70% of items are new.

The themed buffet dinners, served daily from 6.30pm to 10pm, are a big-eater’s paradise, throwing up vast spreads to complement the many live cooking stations.
